The following conditions apply to all contracts, supplies and other achievements.
Different phrased conditions require the written confirmation by the company Bacher & Buehler Trading GbR. All offers are free to change. Price adjustments, technical changes, mistakes, misprint or intermediate sale are reserved by Bacher & Buehler Trading GbR. Special agreements, and additional contract modifications are to be written down in text form. If a terms of delivery or sales should be ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the remaining regulations.

- Terms of delivery for dispatch and sale: -
The shipping of your products is done by a parcel service in insured parcels . The delivery time will be 1 - 5 working-days.

- Right of revocation for the buyer only for buyers from EU and outside Germany:

You can recall the purchase within 14 days without indication of reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, E-Mail or by return of the product). The period begins at the earliest one day after the receipt of the product and this text in printed form.

If you cannot refund the received achievement to us totally or partially or only in worsened condition, you must carry to that extent if necessary indemnification according to the value. - Terms of payment -

All prices are in Euro. The value added tax is contained in the indicated prices. All earlier prices become invalid.

- Forwarding expenses -
Forwarding expenses are raised depending on the ordered products and mode of shipment. If partial deliveries must be supplied, forwarding expenses are to be paid only once. They are not repayable in the case of a revocation. Particularly bulky articles or articles, which demand an extraordinarily high dispatch expenditure, are accounted for separately after consultation with the customer after expenditure..

You can pay by prepayment to our bank account by IBAN and BIC or pay with Paypal by credit card or send the payment in cash.
