Knife Sharpener with ceramic rod for professional sharpening results. Remove the lid. Draw both sides of the cutting edge from the bottom to the tip with very gentle pressure across the ceramic rod. In order to reduce wear in a single area, you can rotate the rod occassionally. When not in use, keep the lid in place to protect the ceramic rod from damage and dirt. Suitable for all knives with straight edge, particulary recommended for knives made of VG-10 steel (e.g. solicut ABSOLUTE ML). Available accessory: Replacement rod.
